Sableye
Sableye is one of the ultimate troll Pokemon. Sableye will fuck you over from the start. With the ability Prankster, which gives speed priority to moves that don’t do direct damage, this Pokemon can and will fuck you over with Confuse Ray and Will-O-Wisp/Toxic immediately. And with all that set up, any damage dealt to Sableye can be quickly healed with Recover, which will also have priority due to Prankster. After that, your best bet is probably Foul Play to end your opponent’s suffering.
